If you have the possibility to take the suite do it, the view is breathtaking and the apartment is incredible, there are also two deckchairs on the balcony. The staff is great, we were given a map with the best restaurants/beaches in the area. Bonus for underground parking. The only downside was breakfast, we found that there wasn’t much choice, you had to choose what you wanted the day before and it was brought back to your room at the chosen time. Apart from that we loved the stay, close to the Lost Seaside which I recommend.
Stayed here for 4 nights in a suite. The room was lovely and big with a great balcony. The breakfest was great as it was delivered to your room. You do have a great view of the sea but it is about a 15 min walk down hill. Coming back to the hotel some people might find the hill a bit much. Still a lovely place to stay with helpful and friendly staff.
We visited Albania / Saranda for the first time and the hotel was a very good location to explore the city and beaches (like Ksamil & Himare). The view from the hotel is amazing, you can see the city lights at night (need to book a room with balcony), but stay away from the crowdy promenade. Car park right next to the hotel available for free. The service was very courteous and friendly. When we came back from a longer walk in the midday heat, they noticed and welcomed us with cold bottles of water. Also, the owner, who is a local, is very kind to give good quality recommendations for food, beach and sightseeing spots around. He understands very well that guests are looking for experiences that do not disappoint from photos and comments highlighted in the internet / TripAdvisor. Rooms are well equipped with everything as expected for a hotel in this category in Albania. Breakfast fresh and healthy options as well. No pool but beach is only 10mins walk away. Extremely warm welcoming staff, they share great recos around the place and very helpful. Room are spacious, comfortable, good quality and well maintained and cleaned daily. Breakfast is served in your room and we chose to take it on the big balcony with ocean view. Beds are very comfortable. Its walking distance to the main strip about 10 mins. Location is good as room are quiet. A pool would just make this place perfect but not needed. Really enjoyed our stay
Great place to stay Artemis and the team were absolutely lovely, the hotel was clean, good sized rooms, having the option to have breakfast in the room was perfect, every detail of the decoration was delightful. The are where it’s located is a bit tricky as it’s development, new streets and properties but it had the great benefit to be way more quiet that any other areas we saw in the town, or e could go walking everywhere, the recommendations we got for activities and restaurants were amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing missing to male this space perfect would be having a pool and we would barely leave 😂
We stayed for 5 nights in a group of 4 people. We booked the superior suite with the big terrace. The staff and the room itself was amazing. No hotel feeling at all, more like a cozy apartment in a summer town. The cleaning ladies did an amazing job and everything was spotless. You order your own breakfast every evening and the selection is very rich. The hotel has its own parking garage which is also a nice addition. The owners are very sweet and caring. All in all it was just perfect. The beach is like a 5-10 minute walk. If you’re planing to stay in Saranda, go for this hotel!
The owners are lovely as they welcomed me and my husband warmly and were so gracious and kind in our visit.We came here in our honeymoon and had a beautiful view for us to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious and was delivered to our room every day which was perfect for us. Truly romantic.The help given and recommendations of delicious restaurants in Saranda were just superb! Our most favorite dining experiences to always remember.I even forgot my backpack as we were leaving but we felt safe as we got a message right after and managed to pick it up before we headed out to our next destination. As my husband said, we felt like we were welcomed to a warm home. Thank you so much!
It is a bit long but worth reading…They should earn much more than 5 stars…No words can describe our stay in ArtnestThe room, the amenities, the location…. just everything was perfect.The terrace have everything one look for from sunbeds, breakfast table, lounge seats, swing, the view is just breath taking…. attached couple of picsThe hotel is just 8 min walking from the beach. Much wiser to stay few minutes away from the seaside, get more amenities for the same price or less.The owner/staff were super helpful, friendly. They just helped in arranging a surprise dinner for the wife birthday, recommended a great venue and arranged a birthday cake with the name in just few hoursNot only that.After checking out and leaving to Tirana, they found my wallet and send it to me my Tirana Hotel for free. Now how on earth do you rate this!!!!
Woooooow this hotel and the owners are AMAZING!!!My wife and me arrived after a 14h journey with our baby and our Nanny at the ArtNest hotel. The airline lost our luggage, so we missed a lot of things. The owner welcomed us late in the night and he was unbelievable friendly. He offered his help for anything we need.He showed us our 2 rooms and they where amazing. We booked a suite and one normal room. Both rooms had an beautiful ocean view. The rooms where super clean and very modern. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need.For the morning you can order the breakfast to your room. Super Service and so delicious.Next day the Boss of the hotel fixed everything with our luggage while we have been on an event in Ksamil. When we came back into our rooms all our stuff was standing there 😍.Unbelievable how friendly and supportive everybody is.I would even give 10 stars to this hotel.If you plan a trip to Saranda, choose for the artnest hotel. Everything in this hotel was perfect. The room was comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony, magnificent.Since the hotel is newly open, we were the first visitors there but the professionalism and welcoming of the staff looked like they had been serving for years. Everything in the hotel was in its place, we would definitely come back again. This hotel made our stay a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!!
